One of the buildings at Glen Echo park. The amusement park closed in 1968. In 1971, the National Park Service collaborated with artists and arts organizations to create an art enrichment program. Today, the park is host to many resident arts and cultural organizations, artist studios, a thriving social dance program, a restored carousel, and numerous classes in visual and performing arts.

"There are moments when time stands still. You hope it will wait for you."

What a very great idea in this adaptive reuse of the park!! A very colorful facade with a beautiful blue sky as a backdrop!! The view through the glass block must be quite eye-catching.
