All That Remains

Posted by
Elaine Hancock (Olney, United States) on 28 October 2015 in Miscellaneous.

Point Lookout was once a popular vacation destination. With its bathing beaches, the Fenwick Inn was the height of early 19th century resort fashion. Here the elite summered until a tragic fire burned the hotel to the ground in 1878. This is all that remains.

"There are moments when time stands still. You hope it will wait for you."
