Road Work

Posted by
Elaine Hancock (Olney, United States) on 2 December 2017 in People & Portrait.

Over the last year, the water company has been slowly replacing the underground water and sewer pipes. My street has been dug up 4 different times for various reasons. They finally finished and today they are putting down new pavement. I am glad it is finally done!

It is the same here. Always digging roads up. Why they don't put all the services in large easy access pipes escapes me. Great shot of spreading hot tar though
