Mariposa Grove

Mariposa Grove is the largest grove of Giant Sequoias in Yosemite National Park. It contains several hundred mature trees with 2 being among the largest in the world.

@Shaun: The estimated age of the tree is 2,700 years. It has been around a while!

p.s. My Mom was related to Clara Barton...Mom's mom was a Barton - Clara was a great aunt to my Grandma
We saw the Clara Barton Tree but I can't find any images that I may have made....so i gotta get back there !! ;-)
